Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering us for your upcoming event! We understand that plans may change, and we want to ensure that our cancellation policy is transparent and fair to all of our customers.

  1. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that things come up unexpectedly, and we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your event to a different date and time that suits your needs, as long as the new date and time are available. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

  2. Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your event entirely, we require at least two weeks’ notice to provide a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled event date will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Event Deposits: If you paid a deposit to secure your event booking, this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, if you reschedule your event to a new date and time that suits your needs, we’ll transfer the deposit to the new date and time.

  4. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or other unexpected events that prevent us from hosting your event, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a new date and time that suits your needs, subject to availability.

  5. Payment Schedule: Payment in full is due at the time of booking your event. If you cancel your event, we will issue a refund according to our cancellation policy.

  6. Late Arrivals: We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled event. If you arrive late, we cannot extend your event time, and you will be charged for the full duration of your booking.

  7. Damage or Clean-Up Fees: In the event of damage to our facilities or additional clean-up required beyond our standard cleaning procedures, you will be charged an additional fee to cover the cost of repair or cleaning.

  8. Communication: We strive to maintain open communication with our customers and will do our best to accommodate any changes or concerns you may have. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
